MICRONEEDLING + PRp or pdgf
MicroNeedling
MicroNeedling - Is designed to stimulate your skin’s natural ability to repair itself. By creating a series of hundreds of vertical microscopic channels into the dermis (the top layer of your skin), the treatment stimulates the natural production of new collagen and elastin – producing excellent skin rejuvenation results with minimal downtime. Your skin will look and feel healthier!
Most acne scars and deep stretch marks require a series of treatments for best results. Topical anesthetics are applied to numb the skin prior to the 30-45 minute treatment.
Benefits Include:
Reduces broken capillaries and spider veins
Reduces the appearance of large pores
Reduces acne scars
Evens skin tone
Improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
Gives the skin a fresh glow
Gives the skin a firmer and smoother texture
Helps lighten sun spots
MicroNeedling
+ PRP or pdgf
MicroNeedling + PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) or PDGF (Platelet Derived Growth Factor)
- Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy uses the infusion of concentrated platelets harvested from the patient’s blood to accelerate healing in a specific area. It contains two elements – plasma, the liquid portion of the blood, and platelets. The platelets play a vital role in healing and contain growth factors that stimulate cell reproduction and tissue regeneration in the treated area. The patient’s blood is obtained through a simple blood draw and placed in a centrifuge to spin, creating this platelet-rich plasma. The centrifuge is necessary to separate the platelets from the remainder of the blood and create a concentrate referred to as platelet-rich plasma. Because the treatments use a patient’s own blood, PRP infusions are safe and can be administered alone or in conjunction with other procedures. PRP is a wonderful addition to microneedling. First, a microneedling tool is used to puncture the skin to numerous holes in the skin’s surface. PRP is then applied to the skin’s surface and allowed to penetrate the holes created by microneedling. PRP can enhance collagen and elastin production in deeper skin levels. The addition of PRP to microneedling produces superior results over microneedling alone.
Combining microneedling with PDGF (Platelet-Derived Growth Factor) can take your results to the next level. Microneedling with PDGF topical serum maximizes your skin’s healing potential and collagen production. The results are significantly amplified, and inflammation is reduced. PDGF also accelerates the recovery time.
