  • New clients please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your treatment/consultation.

  • CANCELLATION + NO SHOW + LATE POLICIES

    Modifying or Cancelling Your Existing Appointment can be done by logging into the Patient Dashboard or you can call us directly.

    -24 hours' notice is required for all appointment cancellations.

    -Less than 24 hours advance notice = $75.00 cancellation fee.

    -This fee will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.

    -If we currently do not have a credit card on file, your account will show a balance due upon your next visit with us and will be added to your total due.

    -Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo the appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”

    -You will be charged for your “missed” appointment = $75.00 fee.

    -Members who are no-shows will forfeit that appointment type for the current month.

    -If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.

    -Depending upon how late you arrive, our medical team will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. We may need to reschedule your appointment for another time to safely complete your treatment.

    -Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

    REFUNDS POLICY

    -AYWW policy of NO Refunds for any cosmetic, or aesthetician treatments/services, or gift certificates. However, the pre-paid amount CAN be used towards other goods & services at AYWW. Specials advertised and offered at AYWW must comply with advertised expiration dates/times.

  • At AYWW, we strive to provide you with the most comfortable experience possible from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Your cooperation in providing a relaxed environment is greatly appreciated. We do not provide any childcare at the office. Plan accordingly. Thank you!

    For safety reasons, the maximum occupancy of each medical spa room is two people. Anyone accompanying you to your spa services are welcome to wait in the front lobby.

    -All NEW CLIENTS are required to complete a Good Faith Exam prior to booking any cosmetic service appointments (not required for facials/esthetician services).

    -Please be sure to use the on-line booking portal from our website to also book a GOOD FAITH EXAM with your same provider.

    PATIENT DASHBOARD

    -Any REQUIRED patient paperwork is now available in the Patient Dashboard, including the required health update form which is required prior to arrival.

    -Log in and view your required questionnaires/consent forms + any additional documents.

    -The consents only need to be filled out the first time you do a new treatment.

    VERY IMPORTANT!

    -You MUST use the same email that is on file to tie in your patient portal to our main database.

  • AYWW reserves the right to modify, discontinue or raise prices on any product or service without prior notification. 

    Because we provide elective cosmetic procedures, the care provided at AYWW Medical Spa is not covered by any medical insurance programs, and we do not participate in any such plans.

    Some of the content and medical spa services available in our location and on our website require registration. We may collect contact information (including name, phone number, mailing address, e-mail address, etc.). We may use this information to contact you if the need arises and to send you information about our company and promotional material. You always have the right to opt out of receiving such mailings. We reserve the right to use the stored credit card information to pay for continuing or recurring memberships, no show / late arrival fees, and outstanding balances on the client’s account.

  • Payment for all medical spa procedures is due at the time of the treatment. For Membership Plans, payment for the entire treatment/package (or auto deduct payment) is due at the time of the first scheduled treatment based on the Membership agreed/signed for.

    We accept: Cash, All Major Credit Cards & Care Credit (Sorry, no personal checks accepted)

  • Create your own personal spa experience with a gift card in the amount of your choice.  Our front office also offers a full line of skincare and sunscreen products.

    Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise or services at AYWW.  Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. AYWW is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards or for unauthorized gift card use.

  • If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any retail product purchases made at AYWW, we will be glad to offer you a store credit which can be used for future retail purchases.  All returns are only valid within 14 days of purchase. There are no cash refunds. Damaged, used, discontinued, or partially used items may not be returned.
